Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, S.T., M.M., NPDP, PSM is a permanent lecturer at the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Telkom University. Dr. Iqbal’s area of expertise is Product Innovation and is currently a member of the Product Development & Research Lab. Ergonomics and coordinator of Product Development Teaching Lab. In addition to actively teaching at Telkom University, Dr. Iqbal is also involved in various activities in industry and associations in the field of innovation. Currently, Dr. Iqbal has introduced and developed the NPD Process Design Canvas that organizations and industries can utilize to design their product development processes. The certifications owned include the international certification New Product Development Professional (NPDP) and Professional Scrum Master certification.
